Evolve

animalistic shit

human spit

blood on your face

social disgrace

idiotic things

like

able to do this

thing you didn’t

had to ask a friend

or two

paper ink runs on

the side of my penning fist

fuck this

ownership designed

own this

buy this

want this

or

create this

feed this

nature of a free will

is to more than survive

are you even alive

be offended by this

knowing that

you can

always do better

it’s not a mind’s choice

to get in the way

but your fear

forgetting to make

that last thought

that new connection

that could have

pushed you over

to

evolve

Amethyst

Dry

lifeless

pruned

without joy

without love

fearing everything

wanting nothing

staying still

my idea of an amethyst

is not you

you are alive and breathing

eating

singing

dancing

laughing

trying

dying

reborn

full of healthy

mistakes

and experience

learning

growing

loving

full

ready to bare it all

you’re intoxicating

enough

to make me

want more

there is nothing you need

to dress up

no bling

or red roses

no poses

just be

Divined

Walk your tunnel

Walk your tunnel

tunnel vision

tripping you out

side

into a dream of happiness

you wish you were that

you wish you were there

you wish you could taste

you wonder why he didn’t

and she

didn’t do that

think that

know that

be that

try that

walk your tunnel

your tunnel

vision

of being what you’re

not

becoming

but never stepping out

into the middle

of the street

expose yourself

to the reality

that you’ve been waiting for

which you shouldn’t have waited for

unknown is the world

unknown is your world

too, I believe that if you could

you wouldn’t

or would you

if you had to

if you were free to

it’s not something you wait for

divine

is divined

and then

the end

too late

now

Relief

20140227_121704

Relief is when
the walls look white
you forget to fight
the heat embraces
and
your well’s not dry
It’s when you cry so hard
that you
laugh
and then you ask yourself
Self
What
Next?
And this time you don’t say
I don’t know
